Meet Emily Craft

MS, RDN, LD

Registered Dietitian.

Mom.

Likely drinking coffee from my Drippy Pot mug.

I'm a rule breaker by nature, so I don’t subscribe to any one nutrition “school of thought”.

That’s why when I learned that the “traditional” role of a dietitian was about changing bodies, I said no thank you, I want to change relationships instead. Relationships with food, bodies, and our internal dialogue about how we approach health as a whole. Every person’s path to food freedom and body liberation looks different, and our work together will be along a unique route that brings you closer to your personal aspirations.

Down-To-Earth Provider, Safe-Space Maker

While I love working with teens & adults who are looking to create a new relationship with food, I especially love working with folks who…
  • Are navigating recovery from an eating disorder
  • Are balancing the line of needing a higher level of care
  • Are on their parenthood journey, whether that be perinatal, breast/ chestfeeding, or anyone who wants to foster a food-positive home
  • Don’t mind a little bit of humor along the way
